These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by VDK (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.
1. Free travel information
The guides are general travel information, free to read. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and we do not sell travel services, take bookings or accept payments.
2. Accuracy and changing information
Prices, opening hours, transport options and entry rules change. We show when facts were last verified and mark information we could not confirm. Always check critical details, especially visa and entry requirements, with the official source before you travel. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information that has changed or that we have marked as unverified.
3. Links to other websites
We link to official sites, maps and other resources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites. Map links open the provider’s own service (for example Google Maps or OpenStreetMap) under that provider’s terms.
4. Who can use this site
The site is free to read for a general audience and needs no account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. Visitors under 16 should plan travel with a parent or guardian.
5. Copyright
Our text, design and our own photos are protected by copyright. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution and a link to the source page. Third-party images, fonts and software are used under the licences listed on Image Credits, and those licences apply to them. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License, where used.
6. Trademarks and names
Names of airports, attractions, businesses, apps and other organisations are used only to describe them. Their mention does not mean they are affiliated with, sponsor or endorse this site, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored or certified by them. Trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Acceptable use
Do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it in ways that overload it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Removal of content
If content on this site is unlawful or infringes your rights, contact us as described on Corrections & Content Removal. We remove content within 24 hours of a request from a competent Vietnamese authority, as required by law.
9. Commercial relationships
We currently have no affiliate, advertising or sponsored relationships. If that changes, we will label commercial links and content clearly and publish a disclosure before they appear.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
