We built this site to collect as little information about you as possible. You can read every guide without an account, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed through this website is VDK, email nguyenongtho2016@gmail.com.

What we process, and why

1. Technical data when you load a page

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare acts as our service provider. Data may be processed outside Vietnam, including in the United States.

2. Usage statistics

We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this website.

3. Things you save on your own device

The travel checklist stores your ticks in your browser’s local storage. This information stays on your device; we never receive it. You can clear it with the “Clear” button or through your browser settings.

4. Emails you send us

If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply and to handle your request (for example a correction or a data request). We keep this correspondence for up to 12 months, then delete it unless we need it for an open request. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail); messages may be stored on Google servers outside Vietnam, including in the United States, under Google’s privacy policy.

What we do not do

  • No account registration, no passport or ID data, no location (GPS) data.
  • No advertising cookies, tracking pixels or sale of personal data.
  • No comment sections or user profiles.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask to be informed about, access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Send your request to nguyenongtho2016@gmail.com.

We acknowledge requests within 2 working days, correct data within 10 days and delete data within 20 days (Nghị định 356/2025/NĐ-CP, Điều 5). If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We will update this page when our data practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
